Cala Gonone
Cala Gonone, in the heart of Sardinia, is a pearl of the Gulf of Orosei, famous for its crystal clear waters and enchanting beaches, such as Cala Luna, Cala Fuili and Cala Mariolu. This piece of paradise features spectacular cliffs plunging into the sea and sea caves to explore by boat. The Cala Gonone Aquarium, an interesting local attraction, allows visitors to discover the marine life that inhabits the area’s waters. The proximity to the Gennargentu National Park also makes Cala Gonone the ideal starting point for wilderness excursions, a true paradise for outdoor enthusiasts. Houses in Cala Gonone offer different solutions: some with breathtaking sea views, others located in quiet settings, but still very close to the sea. Residences are located a short distance from the main beaches, with some only 50-200 meters from the coast. For those who prefer peace and quiet, there are residences surrounded by greenery, but with easy access to the beach. In addition, a convenient shuttle service connects the residential areas to the town center and the main beaches, making it easy to get around without worries. Cala Gonone is therefore an ideal place for a vacation dedicated to nature and relaxation.

Dorgali
Dorgali, nestled in the heart of Sardinia, is a charming village surrounded by unspoiled nature. The area also boasts spectacular caves, such as the Sea Ox Cave, and ancient historical evidence, such as nuraghi and tombs of the giants. Nearby, you can explore Lake Cedrino, with canoe trips, and the Gorropu canyon, the deepest in Italy, a must-see for nature and adventure lovers. Homes in Dorgali and Cala Gonone offer different solutions for every need. In Dorgali, homes are generally located in the town center, in quiet locations, ideal for those seeking serenity, but still close to services and points of interest. In Cala Gonone, on the other hand, some homes are a short distance from the spectacular beaches, just 50-200 meters from the sea, with splendid views of the Gulf of Orosei. Birdwatching is a popular activity because of its natural areas, rich in wildlife. Houses in Orosei are located in different areas, from residences in the quiet historic center, where you can stroll through alleys overlooking historic squares, to houses in the countryside, surrounded by greenery and quiet. Some houses are within walking distance of beautiful beaches, while others are located a few kilometers from the sea, in natural and peaceful settings, ideal for those seeking a relaxing stay. The surrounding landscape of cliffs and pine forests also offers numerous opportunities for hiking and trekking immersed in nature. Nearby, the Bidderosa Oasis, with its hidden coves and unspoiled nature, is a must-see destination for those who love wild nature and breathtaking views. Houses in Cala Liberotto offer different solutions for every need. Some residences are within walking distance of the beaches, only 100-300 meters from the sea, allowing you to enjoy the spectacular views of the coast. Other residences are immersed in the tranquility of the village or the surrounding countryside, a short distance from the beaches, perfect for those seeking serenity and privacy. In these settings, you can live in harmony with nature, enjoying wide green spaces.
